Our Beliefs We believe that God is and is the rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. That there is one God, eternally existent as: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. That relationship with God is entered into through saving faith in Jesus Christ and nurtured in community with a local body of believers. That we are justified by faith and have peace with God through Christ our Lord! That faith in Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit are foundational to solving a Christian's spiritual, personal, and relationship problems. And that the Scriptures of the Old & New Testaments are the authoritative guide for Christian faith and practice.
| Calvary Chapel Albany is a non-denominational fellowship of believers. Our gatherings are casual and contemporary and we teach the Bible through chapter by chapter. There are many fellowship and discipleship opportunities for all ages. All are welcome, families, children, singles, seniors, come fellowship with us this week.
Meet our Pastors
Larry Norton is our Children's Pastor. He comes to us from Maranatha Christian Fellowship where he served as Youth Pastor and as an assistant to the Pastor. He and his wife Tammy are doing a tremendous work with our children.
Tak & Janet Suyama pastor our Middle Schoolers. Tak is a gifted Bible teacher ministering to our men and our congregation. He and Janet minster to the Middle Schoolers helping them to learn to walk with the Lord.
Emanuel & Gabi Simpkins pastor our High School students. Emanuel is a trophy of God's Grace and shares the excitement of knowing Jesus with the students and whoever else will listen. |

Ron Reed has been here from the Home Bible Study days which grew out of a call-in radio ministry that began in the 1980's. Ron and his wife Barb hosted the daily program and ministered to many over the years. God has put it in their hearts to pray for the salvation of the city, specifically that 15,000 people would come to the Lord and grow in grace and the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. 
Dan Berg is our Associate Pastor. He began his ministry as a Youth Pastor at Calvary Chapel Huntington Beach in Southern California. After a season of severe testing, Dan & his wife Doris continued in ministry on staff at several churches in Oregon and as Senior Pastor of Light of Christ Baptist church in Tigard, Oregon. Dan has written a book, "
